Below are the services I provide but the form of work I do isn’t rigid, and I welcome you to ask me questions and discuss what specific goals you are pursuing and your interests, so we can find the best way I can support you.
My primary focus is in offering Expressive Arts Therapy sessions. I integrate Somatic Experiencing® techniques into my practice and I offer my services in English and Portuguese.
Creative
WORKSHOPS
For those that are interested in exploring creativity and imagination in a casual way individually or within a small group. Please note that this is not an Expressive Arts counselling session.

Individual Therapy Sessions
50 min Expressive Arts Therapy sessions that can be done online or in-person. I work with children aged 7+, youth and adults.
Fee: $150. Sliding scale available.
At the moment I have limited availability for taking new clients.
GROUP FACILITATION
I can partner with other professionals in the field of creative and healing practices for specifically tailored group facilitation. Please contact me if you are interested in collaborating as a co-facilitator.
